Strategies Partner di Countdown 2010

Strategies in prima linea per difendere le Biodiversità

Aprile 2008 - Strategies ha l'onore di diventare partner di Countdown 2010, l'associazione internazionale che persegue l'importante obiettivo della tutela delle biodiversità. Countdown 2010 parteciperà attivamente alla formazione dei manager del futuro in partnership con Strategies Business School. Saranno infatti dedicate giornate formative, all'interno delle prossime edizioni dei Master SBS^®, che tratteranno il delicatissimo tema della salvaguardia delle biodiversità. 

Di seguito riproposta la lettera di benvenuto.

Dear Strategies,

Thank you for signing the Countdown 2010 declaration. We are very happy to see your organization on board and dedicated to helping save biodiversity by 2010. By joining our growing alliance, you can combine your efforts with the ones of more than 500 partners worldwide. We believe that Countdown 2010 can and will make a difference, and we would like to encourage you to take advantage of our network. One way of doing that is using your publications, your communications to highlight the importance of the 2010 biodiversity target.

We do not need to tell you how crucial the target is: Despite a deepening extinction crisis and the deterioration of ecosystems, our government leaders have promised to reverse the trend. It is up to us to help them reach their ambitious target and to hold them accountable.

How can we do this, you might ask. There are simple steps you can take to make a huge leap for biodiversity in Europe.

The website of Countdown 2010 is a good source for additional news and information. Have a look at our bi-monthly newsletter or our publications! Any news or interesting stories regarding biodiversity and environmental protection are welcome from all our partners and other interested parties. Therefore, we look forward to your input.
